General Management defines CID International's strategic vision and coordinates all activities. It ensures program alignment with the organization's mission and represents CID to institutional partners.

Communication & Media

The Communication & Media department manages CID International's brand image, online presence, and media relations. It produces the visual and editorial content that accompanies every program and event.

Training & Development

The Training & Development department designs and delivers CID International's educational programs. It recruits and trains facilitators, develops curricula, and evaluates the effectiveness of training provided to participants.

Research & Innovation

The Research & Innovation department conducts impact studies, develops new pedagogical approaches, and explores technological solutions to amplify program reach. It monitors international best practices in youth development.

Partnerships & Relations

The Partnerships & Relations department develops CID International's collaborative network with businesses, public institutions, international organizations, and donors. It coordinates resource mobilization and monitors contractual commitments.

Logistics & Operations

The Logistics & Operations department ensures the smooth material execution of all CID International activities. It manages event planning, travel, material procurement, and field coordination across the various provinces.
