The Challenge program targets university students who wish to develop their entrepreneurial mindset. This business plan competition challenges participants to design, structure, and present innovative projects before a panel of professionals and investors.
Over several weeks, participating teams receive intensive training in entrepreneurship, financial management, and business strategy. Coaches and mentors support them in developing their business plans and preparing their pitches.
The top teams are awarded seed capital, additional training, and personalized support to launch their businesses. The Challenge program has already enabled the creation of dozens of startups across the DRC.
