The Discovery program is designed for primary and secondary school students who wish to explore their leadership potential from an early age. Through interactive workshops, role-playing activities, and collaborative projects, participants develop self-confidence, creativity, and teamwork skills.
Each session is led by experienced trainers who guide young people through a journey of personal discovery. Activities are tailored to each age group and promote hands-on learning, with an emphasis on problem-solving and critical thinking.
The program operates across several provinces in the DRC and reaches hundreds of students from diverse backgrounds each year. Participants leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools for self-expression, and a clearer vision for their future.
Discovery serves as the gateway to the CID International ecosystem. The most engaged young people are guided toward the Challenge and Impact programs to continue their development.
