Discovery is the introductory programme of Common Impact for Development (CID). It guides primary and secondary school pupils, university students and young people through a journey of self-discovery, leadership development, and academic and career guidance.
Through interactive training, workshops, conferences, school and university clubs, mentoring and hands-on experiences, participants learn to recognise their talents, strengthen their skills and build a clear vision for their future. The programme also nurtures curiosity for reading, research, innovation and excellence. Discovery is the gateway to the CID ecosystem, preparing young people to continue their development through its other programmes.
