We envision an Africa where every young person has the means to become a responsible leader, an innovative entrepreneur and an agent of change in their community.
Our Mission
CID exists to inform, train and transform young Congolese and Africans so that they become responsible leaders and innovative entrepreneurs who contribute actively to the socioeconomic development of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Africa as a whole. Our approach is built on three pillars: inform to raise awareness, train to develop skills and transform to generate lasting impact through effective leadership, fostering a generation of visionary, responsible and solution-oriented leaders.
